As insightful as Ravenheart himself, this book by both he and his wife is the cherished collection of lifetime of memories. It is also a wealth of information on everything from high, ceremonial, magical circle creation to the easiest of passage circles.

I don't have a lot of experience. Starts with a sort of generic ritual format, then gives lots of specific examples for each part.
