You will just overwrite replace your old plc. There is a file included in the zip called PL Note if you have an SD2 chip, save your tune file before the reflash so you can reload it if necessary. It is all the same files that would have been on the install CD, and includes the files above.

But also includes some new features for the SD2 chip. You will have to update your plc. Overwrite your old PLC.

Then reflash your Powerlogger with the file "PL". Then press the reflash button at the bottom of the help tab. It should ask you what file, then select PL Follow the prompts. I just add more fueling and keep the timing and it seems to work and also keeps the O2s from diving down in the later gear too. Thumbwheels are great, have a backup chip if the alky runs out, have a anti theft, valet, and several different choices of timing all in one chip!

Easy to program too, just concat all of your individual A files together and then burn onto a bigger chip like a AT29C which allows you to electronically erase them and not fool with a UV light.
