In reply to A. Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Not enough information. Not enough pictures. Any additional feedback? Submit feedback. Thank you for your feedback!

I tried delete and Shift Delete. I did find a post that says it cannot be done, however, that was from a couple of years ago and I am still looking for a new solution. It is a autocomplete function of Windows 10 Mail and you need to create a "dummy" account to get rid of it. Find the "fake" contact in your contacts list, right click on it and choose "delete" If you are on a tablet, you may have no right-click option. You will have to tab and hold the entry instead.

The Show More will give me contact information if they are in people and a list of emails that I have sent to this incorrect address. I tried adding the incorrect address to People.

The email is a Gmail account. I waited until the new contact synchronized with Google Contacts, then I deleted the contact from People. Next I created again the incorrect entry in People, waited until it synchronized with Gmail, then I deleted the address from Google Contacts. Again, The incorrect address remains. I sure hope there is one.

I thought it works like that one: Windows 8. Get answers from your peers along with millions of IT pros who visit Spiceworks. Much appreciated.
